Locked in Sport
Sessions

Sessions will be agreed in advance between the client and practitioner, including format, length, and frequency.

Sessions may take place either in person at an agreed location or online via a virtual platform.

Both parties will work together to find suitable times for sessions, and any changes must be agreed in advance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are expected to provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule.

Requests to reschedule are subject to practitioner availability.

Missed sessions or late cancellations may still be chargeable.
Payment

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.

Invoices will be issued electronically and payment is expected within the agreed timescale.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Ending or Pausing Sessions

Clients may choose to pause or end their sessions at any time.

Unused sessions in a block or package may be subject to the cancellation terms.

If work is paused for an extended period, future session slots may be offered to other clients.
Travel & Expenses

If sessions take place in person, reasonable travel costs may apply and will be agreed beforehand.
Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to attend sessions on time and in a suitable environment for either in-person or online sessions.

Clients should provide accurate information relevant to their sessions.
Practitioner Responsibilities

The practitioner will provide sessions with reasonable care, skill, and professionalism.

While every effort will be made to meet the client’s needs, no outcome is guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability

Locked In Sport is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of services.

Services are provided on the understanding that each client remains responsible for their own decisions, wellbeing, and actions.
